A 35-year-old man is charged with arson for allegedly setting a fire that destroyed an automobile repair and tire shop in Baltimore last Monday.
The Baltimore Sun (http://bsun.md/qdJDZj ) reports that Baltimore police arrested Jason Hicks Friday.
The fire broke out around 4 p.m. on Sept. 26 and burned through the two-story building in northwest Baltimore. Burning tires created a plume of thick black smoke that could be seen as far away as Reisterstown and parts of Howard County.
